- Promote primary health care to underserved populations.
- Manage patient information to support quality care.
- Promote life support services for critical care.
- Perform medical imaging for diagnoses, assessment and radiation
treatment of diseases and injuries.
- Perform laboratory tests, ensure the quality of the results,
explain the significance of tests, evaluate new methods and
effectiveness of laboratory tests.
- Plan, organize and direct programs for individuals of all
ages which promote health and alleviate pain or disability
resulting from disease or injury.
- Provide hearing assessments and fitting of hearing aids
for persons with hearing impairments.
- Provide speech and language therapy for young children
with developmental delay or disability.
- Deliver rehabilitation services for persons who have survived
a stroke or brain injury.
- Provide support and management to assist individuals with
disability to acquire or regain their best level of autonomy,
independence, and productivity.
- Manage health information for documentation of patient
care, financial reimbursement, legal protection and marketing
for healthcare services.
